4. Open the “Run” dialog box using the Win + R shortcut, type in %windir%System32, and press “Enter”. Alternatively, open the path C:WindowsSystem32.
5. Go to the “View” tab and check the “Hidden items” box.
6. Locate the “7B296FB0-376B-497e-B012-9C450E1B7327-5P-0.C7483456-A289-439d-8115-601632D005A0” folder and delete it. Select “Yes” if prompted by the system. If the folder appears multiple times, delete all of them.
7. Exit “File Explorer” and open the “Run” box once again.
8. Enter the path: %windir%ServiceProfilesNetworkServiceAppDataRoamingMicrosoftSoftwareProtectionPlatform, and click “OK” or hit “Enter”
9. Locate the dat file, right-click it and rename it to bak.
10. Press “Enter”.
